MALLORCA,
one of the most popular holiday island in the Mediterranean. Fine sandy beaches, breathtaking cliffs and hidden picturesque bays alternate along its coast.
300 days of sunshine, pleasant temperatures all year round and an excellent infrastructure form the ideal location for a fantastic holiday property.
SON FERRER
is located on the southwest coast of Mallorca, about 20km from the island's capital, Palma away. Here in the village there are various restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, and all what you need for modern life.
Directly adjacent are the towns of El Toro and Santa Ponsa with their fantastic sandy beaches, sophisticated marinas Port Adriano and Club Nautico as well as the golf courses of Santa Ponsa and Golf Poniente.
NEAR ZERO ENERGY BUILDING (nzeb)
As early as 2009, the EU Parliament had decided that from 2021, only
near zero energy buildings would be built throughout the EU.
In real terms, this guideline aims to reduce the heating requirements of residential buildings
through improved insulation of the building envelope. For heating and hot water preparation, the value
of 30 kWh/m² per year (corresponds to an heating oil consumption of approx. 3 l/m² per year) should not
be exceeded.
The trend towards energy-efficient and sustainable construction was initiated nationwide with the nzeb
directive. Today, this trend stands for a complex planning and construction principle that is ecologically
motivated, but also pursues economic goals on an equal footing.
FURTHER EVOLUTION: PASSIVE HOUSE
Due to ongoing improvements in building materials, it is now possible to construct sustainable, energy-efficient residential buildings that meet the passive house standard and require less than 1.5 l heating oil/m² per year for heat. Such a low value can be achieved - with today's technology - through a perfect building envelope as tohether with a highly efficient ventilation system with heat recovery.
more: Thermal protection of the building envelope
This means that the outer walls, roof, basement ceiling and top floor ceiling are well insulated and the windows also have good thermal insulation.
more: Airtight building envelope
It ensures that the insulation can do its job optimally and that the heat stays in the house. It also prevents condensation in the building construction and thus damage to the building.
more: Ventilation with heat recovery
In an energy-efficient building, ventilation systems with heat recovery ensure additional energy savings and the right amount of fresh air.
more: Use of regenerative energies
The use of regenerative energy sources is now an integral part of new construction. Photovoltaic systems effectively cover your own electricity needs and have a positive effect on CO² emissions.
ENERGY-EFFICIENT AND SUSTAINABLE
MODERN LIVING REDEFINED
"The most effective way to counteract rising energy costs is
not to consume energy (e)."
e-concept - passive part:
Residencial Condor Mallorca is built on the basis of the passive house standard and thus follows the
energy-saving principle. This provides costs savings and PROTECTS THE ENVIRONMENT - DIRECTLY AND SUSTAINABLY.
e-concept - active part:
All apartments, as well as the community area, are equipped with individual photovoltaic systems (approx. 6 kWp/unit),
which largely cover the daily electricity requirement through in-house production.
Through the consistent conversion of the electrical system to sustainable solar power, Residencial Condor Mallorca
completely redefines energy-efficient and sustainable living in apartment buildings.
RESIDENTIAL CONCEPT
Residencial Condor Mallorca offers a total of seven apartments with the following room concept:
• Living area with partially open kitchen
